(Crazy) Kicker accused of stabbing starter
In what has to be one of the most bizarre off-the-field incidents since the Tanya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan saga, a backup punter from Northern Colorado has been arrested for allegedly stabbing the first-string punter in his kicking leg.
Mitch Cozad, 19, a sophomore walk-on from Wheatland, Wyo., is accused of stabbing Rafael Mendoza, a junior from Thornton Colo.
